Teaching self-discipline is emphasized while developing physical ability, mental aptitude and moral character. Students receive self-defense training and are exposed to sports karate through local and national tournament competition. Leadership skills are promoted through team building and in-class training designed to guide students through our novice to Black Belt rank, testing and promotion system.
