Cardio Self-Defense program provides basic fitness and self-defense training through aerobic type exercise that incorporates self-defense techniques and personal protection skills. This dynamic routine is enhanced by instructions that focus on the practical applications for the related self-defense techniques. Other program benefits include: weight management, improved muscle tone, coordination, endurance and self-confidence.

All year long DPD is hosting complementary monthly senior luncheons for our community every 4th Friday. Each lunch will be sponsored by a different restaurant and topic of discussion or entertainment. All we ask is that you come ready to eat some delicious food, fellowship with us, and provide feedback.Pre-registration encouraged for headcount. Vendors are welcomed to register for space.

We believe that all children have potential to do big things. Incredible things. That's why Big Brothers Big Sisters is matching students ("Littles") one-on-one with caring mentors ("Bigs") who are committed to being there for your child, seeing then succeed and making it fun.Students and mentors meet in a group setting led by a Program Facilitator every other Thursday, twice a month from 4pm - 5:30pm. Program  activities includes time for relationship building, a structured activity, and more!

From 4pm to 8pm, we are giving you four hours of pure entertainment. Enjoy delicious food and music by One the Level DJs up until the live performances from Soul to the Bone Band at 6pm. Vendor slots are available up until the Tuesday prior to the Wind Down Wednesday. The first 100 people eat free. Additional purchases can be made at the vendor stations.
